House in Argentina

Sunday reminds me of barbecues in Argentina. So, it's a good day to post pictures of this colonial style house typical of the Argentine Pampas: pinewood floors in some of the rooms, checkered black and white in others, furniture made of wood and cast iron lamps. Interior Designer Lisa Rachelle McDennon

Fabulous Friday brings us California based interior designer Lisa Rachelle McDennon who runs her own in Laguna Beach. Her work has appeared in <span style="font-style: italic;">Victorian Homes Magazine, House Beautiful, </span>and<span style="font-style: italic;"> Orange Coast</span>.<br /><br />Her rooms are refined and elegant; a mixture of traditional and contemporary style. I read in her portfolio that during meetings with clients she sketches their ideas and then provides them with three dimensional drawings and sketches in additon to architectural drawings to allow clients to better visualize the interiors. How cool is that?
